Join a rapidly growing team building the platform engineers trust to ship AI products at scale. ❖ About the GTM Engineer Role As a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you’ll design, build, and ship AI-powered workflows that give our sales, marketing, and support teams a competitive edge. You’ll audit our GTM tooling stack, identify gaps, and deliver solutions that drive productivity and efficiency. Your expertise with tools like HubSpot, Clay, Salesforce, and Harmonic will be key as you create scalable systems for CRM enrichment, campaign management, and third-party API integrations. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Own and optimize CRM enrichment strategies, ensuring high-quality account and contact data across platforms like Clay, Harmonic, and Salesforce - Audit our GTM stack, identify redundancies and gaps, and proactively generate a prioritized backlog - Rapidly ship productivity workflows—delivering solutions to sales and marketing teams in days, not weeks - Build custom AI-powered tools using platforms like Claude Code when off-the-shelf solutions fall short - Integrate third-party APIs to ensure seamless data flow across our GTM systems - Think long-term about stack consolidation, reducing duplication and shadow IT - Document all workflows and solutions for transparency and team enablement ❖ What We’re Looking For - 3–5 years of startup experience focused on campaign management or integrated marketing, ideally for a developer audience - Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns end-to-end with strong project management skills - Deep familiarity with modern marketing tech stacks (HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, etc.) - Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and BI tools required, SQL preferred - Excellent storytelling instincts to translate product narratives into campaigns that resonate with technical audiences - Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable in high-growth, early-stage environments - Automation- and AI-native mindset, with a passion for leveraging tools to scale impact ❖ Benefits & Perks - Competitive compensation with meaningful equity - 100% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents - Flexible PTO, including a company-wide Winter Break - Paid parental leave and fertility/family-building stipend through Carrot - Company-facilitated 401(k) - Exposure to a wide range of ML startups for unparalleled learning and networking ❖ Diversity & Inclusion Baseten is committed to building a diverse, inclusive workplace.
