This is not a traditional operations analyst position—you’ll design and deploy AI-powered workflows, build robust data pipelines, and integrate cutting-edge tools like Salesforce, Clay, Gong, and Marketo. Your work will directly impact sales, marketing, and customer success teams, driving efficiency and intelligent automation across the organization. ❖ What You’ll Do - Develop and implement LLM-based automations across the GTM stack (Clay, Gong, Salesforce, Marketo) to surface insights and trigger actions - Build and maintain data pipelines between Snowflake, Salesforce, and BI tools like Tableau for real-time reporting and scoring - Architect custom Salesforce solutions, including objects, flows, validation rules, and field logic to support forecasting and account intelligence - Lead technical integrations of new GTM tools, managing API connections, webhooks, and data mapping - Create scalable automation infrastructure using Clay, Zapier, Make, or custom scripts to reduce manual workload - Write and maintain AI prompts for systems like Gong Smart Trackers and Salesforce to extract structured insights from unstructured data ❖ What We’re Looking For Required: - 3+ years in a technical GTM, RevOps, or Sales/Marketing Engineering role - Hands-on Salesforce experience (custom objects, flows, SOQL, validation rules, field-level logic) - Proven ability to build automations with Clay, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms - Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and data transformation - SQL proficiency, especially with Snowflake or similar data warehouses - Experience with AI/LLM tools in a production GTM context (prompt design, output validation, workflow integration) - Strong systems thinking and independent problem-solving skills Preferred: - Experience with Gong (AI fields, Smart Trackers, API) - Marketo or equivalent MAP integration - Scripting skills in Python or JavaScript - Familiarity with Tableau or similar BI tools - Background in high-growth SaaS environments ($50M–$200M ARR) ❖ How You’ll Work You’ll be part of a fast-paced RevOps team that values rapid iteration and data-driven decision-making. Expect to own projects end-to-end—from scoping and building to QA, documentation, and training.
