We seek intelligent, passionate, and AI-forward professionals who thrive in a supportive, high-impact environment. ❖ About the GTM Engineer Role As a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you’ll architect and maintain the automation and AI agent infrastructure for our Sales organization. Your work will eliminate manual friction, surface high-potential accounts, and empower sales reps with actionable intelligence—directly impacting selling capacity, market coverage, and pipeline velocity. You’ll operate with autonomy, setting your own agenda against revenue priorities and building solutions that scale. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain AI-powered pipeline generation infrastructure, including property trigger monitoring, account scoring models, and outreach automation - Develop and manage a library of role-specific AI agents and prompt templates for sales workflows (e.g., post-call summarization, outreach personalization, deal coaching) - Design internal tools that give sales reps and operators self-serve access to intelligence and workflow acceleration - Analyze Salesforce data, call transcripts, and pipeline patterns to identify and address revenue constraints - Own the rep-facing intelligence layer, including natural language query interfaces and conversational intelligence pipelines - Ensure GTM data integrity across the sales stack, resolving conflicts and maintaining accurate Salesforce records - Collaborate with Business Systems and Revenue Intelligence to keep integrations and agent inputs reliable and governed ❖ What You Bring - Proven experience as a GTM Engineer in B2B SaaS, building and deploying AI agents with tools like Claude, Codex, n8n, Zapier, Replit, or Lovable - Expertise in LLM orchestration, prompt engineering for GTM workflows, and maintaining prompt libraries in production - Strong API and integration skills across core GTM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Gong, etc.) - Ability to build, debug, and own GTM automations using AI coding tools, with sound engineering judgment - Deep understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and high-friction bottlenecks - Background in GTM engineering, revenue operations, or business systems at a B2B SaaS company - Experience with direct and channel/partner-led GTM motions, including automation for attribution and conflict detection - Familiarity with property- or building-level account structures and Salesforce data modeling - Exposure to PropTech, real estate, or construction intelligence platforms is a plus ❖ Benefits & Perks - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans (80% covered by ButterflyMX) starting day one - 401(k) plan with company match - Generous paid time off: 10 holidays, 20 vacation days, 5 sick days, 3 floating holidays - 100% company-paid life, AD&D, short- and long-term disability insurance - Paid family leave and employee assistance program - Quarterly self-care stipends - Access to optional benefits: FSA, HSA, commuter benefits, supplemental insurance, and more ❖ Diversity & Inclusion ButterflyMX is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
