❖ The Opportunity: GTM Engineer B2B SaaS
As a GTM Engineer at FOSSA, you’ll design and implement advanced systems that transform how we market, sell, and support our customers. You’ll leverage AI, automation, and your deep understanding of GTM operations to create scalable solutions for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This is your chance to build the next generation of AI-powered GTM systems, working closely with technical buyers in Engineering, Security, and Legal.
❖ Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and deploy emerging AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) to boost GTM efficiency
- Automate workflows for marketing campaigns, lead capture, and content distribution
- Build intelligent, searchable internal systems for Sales and Customer Success
- Orchestrate ABM campaigns with dynamic personalization and closed-loop measurement
- Enhance revenue forecasting using AI-assisted frameworks and predictive analytics
- Develop interactive lead magnets, calculators, and tools for targeted micro-segments
- Automate QBR decks, competitive briefs, and reporting from product usage and account health data
- Generate AI-driven sales decks tailored to buyer role, industry, and deal stage
- Launch AI-powered re-engagement campaigns to revive closed-lost opportunities
- Integrate with GTM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo, and leverage cold outbound strategies with HubSpot and Clay
❖ What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in GTM, RevOps, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, consulting, or high-growth SaaS
- Proven experience with AI/LLMs to automate workflows, generate content, and analyze data
- Strong prompt-writing and iteration skills for refining AI output
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business challenges into structured AI workflows
- Comfortable with APIs, integrations, and basic SQL/data querying
- Experience supporting technical buyers or working with DevOps, OSS, or compliance tooling
- Clear communicator who can turn technical concepts into actionable business insights
- Self-starter who thrives in a distributed, remote-first environment
