As a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you’ll drive growth automation and AI-powered go-to-market strategies at a company in hyper-growth mode, backed by leading investors and building the future of hiring. ❖ About the Role As our GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you’ll play a hands-on, foundational role in scaling our growth automation and AI-powered GTM engine. You’ll blend technical expertise with growth strategy, leveraging tools like HubSpot, Clay, Make, Claude, Zapier, and Apollo to build and optimize systems that accelerate pipeline, onboarding, and conversion. Working directly with the founding team, you’ll experiment, iterate, and shape how we go to market. ❖ What You’ll Do - Design and launch personalized cold outbound campaigns at scale, targeting talent acquisition leaders at enterprise companies - Own our Content Engine: set up webinars, write blog articles, produce feature release videos, and deliver consistent content for our community using the latest automation tools - Implement and connect AI tools (Clay, Zapier, HubSpot, Apollo, ChatGPT, and more) to create scalable systems for prospecting, nurturing, and onboarding - Optimize our GTM stack, including HubSpot CRM, Canva, Figma, Webflow, Apollo, Make, Claude, and Zapier - Set up A/B tests, track performance, and iterate quickly based on real-time data - Monitor key GTM metrics and uncover insights to drive smarter, faster growth - Evaluate and integrate new AI tools and automation platforms into our workflow - Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to test hypotheses and accelerate growth ❖ What You Bring - 2+ years in Sales Ops, Growth, Marketing, RevOps, Sales Engineering, or Chief of Staff to GTM roles - A builder mindset with a passion for connecting tools, solving problems, and optimizing processes - Experience in startup or SMB tech environments where adaptability and speed are essential - Deep curiosity and excitement for emerging AI tools and their impact on GTM strategies - Hands-on experience with outbound campaigns, funnel optimization, and pipeline management - Strong understanding of CRMs, lead scoring, marketing automation, and SEO (including LLM SEO) - Bonus: Experience with HubSpot, Make, Claude, Zapier, or similar growth automation tools ❖ Why candidate.fyi? - Be a Builder: Shape how we grow and scale, testing the newest AI tools in a fast-moving environment - Work With Founders: Collaborate directly with co-founders and play a strategic role in defining our GTM motion - Career Acceleration: As our first GTM Engineer B2B SaaS in this function, you’ll set the foundation and have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role - Learn Fast: Every week brings new challenges and opportunities to learn, build, and iterate - Real Impact: Your work will directly drive growth and influence how companies hire and scale their teams Ready to help us build the future of hiring?
