Backed by top investors like Index Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and Databricks, we’re building the next generation of foundation models and AI-native experiences. ❖ About the GTM Engineer Role As a GTM Engineer at Cartesia, you’ll architect and build the systems, tooling, and AI-powered workflows that drive our go-to-market organization. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Recruiting, and leadership to design scalable GTM platforms, deploy AI-native workflows, and optimize how Cartesia acquires and grows customers. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, data, AI systems, and GTM strategy, offering broad ownership over our GTM stack. ❖ Your Impact - Own and evolve Cartesia’s GTM systems, tooling, and operational infrastructure - Architect durable, scalable GTM platforms for AI-native workflows and automation - Design and implement AI-powered workflows, automations, and internal tools - Build shared infrastructure for agents, workflows, and operational systems with a focus on security and maintainability - Develop reliable data pipelines and integrations across Salesforce, HubSpot, and internal platforms - Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to solve operational challenges with engineering solutions - Enhance the speed, quality, and leverage of GTM operations through thoughtful systems design ❖ What You Bring - 3+ years in software engineering, internal tooling, GTM engineering, RevOps engineering, or data infrastructure - Strong architectural instincts and systems thinking for building durable platforms - Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines using Python, SQL, APIs, and modern data tooling - Proficiency in CRM architecture and operational workflows in Salesforce and/or HubSpot - Hands-on experience shipping AI/LLM-powered workflows, agents, or automation systems in production - Deep understanding of structuring, orchestrating, and securing AI agents and workflows across GTM ecosystems - Ability to connect technical decisions to GTM outcomes and communicate trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders - High ownership and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments ❖ Nice-to-Haves - Experience designing internal platforms for multiple agents, workflows, or automations - Familiarity with modern AI tooling ecosystems, retrieval systems, orchestration frameworks, and prompt engineering - Experience implementing CRM governance, role-based access controls, and secure operational systems - Founder mentality or strong interest in shaping GTM strategy through engineering ❖ Why Cartesia - In-person team with offices in San Francisco, London, and Bangalore - Supportive, inclusive culture focused on learning and collaboration - Visa sponsorship available, assessed case-by-case - Fast-paced environment where execution speed and quality go hand-in-hand ❖ Benefits - Competitive base salary and attractive equity package - Monthly commuter allowance - Flexible PTO to recharge as needed - Daily lunch, dinner, and snacks provided - Unique perks, including your own personal Yoshi Ready to architect the future of AI-powered GTM systems?
