Work remotely in the US with a modern tech stack, collaborating directly with commercial leaders to drive real business impact through AI, automation, and outbound expertise. ❖ About the GTM Engineer Role As a GTM Engineer at Centellic, you’ll accelerate our go-to-market strategy by leveraging tools like Salesforce, Clay, Nooks, Clari, and ChatGPT. You’ll partner with our Founding GTM Engineer and commercial leadership to identify friction points in sales and marketing, then design and own the systems that solve them. This is a unique opportunity to blend outbound sales experience with cutting-edge AI-driven solutions, making a measurable difference in how our teams operate. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Use AI and automation to surface high-potential accounts based on behavioral and intent signals - Streamline research, enrichment, and prioritization to empower sellers and marketers - Build and maintain prospecting infrastructure for faster, more effective campaigns - Ensure data quality, consistency, and actionability across all GTM systems - Collaborate on both strategy and execution, identifying impactful problems and building robust solutions ❖ Skills, Experience & Expertise - 2+ years in outbound-heavy roles (SDR, BDR, Account Executive) with quota-carrying experience - 1+ year in Enablement, Revenue/Sales Operations, or Sales Development Leadership - Proven hands-on experience applying AI, automation, or APIs to real-world sales challenges - Advanced Salesforce skills in a GTM context (admin-level or higher) - Deep familiarity with Clay, including enrichment tables, audience builds, and workflow automation - Outbound fluency: expertise in list building, enrichment, sequencing, and conversion - Regular use of AI tools and automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, or similar) - Comfort with a modern GTM toolchain (Apollo, Nooks, Groove, Clari CoPilot, ZoomInfo) - Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders ❖ Why Centellic?
