We’re bootstrapped, multi-seven-figures in ARR, and obsessed with building scalable, high-impact systems. ❖ The Opportunity: GTM Engineer (B2B SaaS) This GTM Engineer role is perfect for someone who sees business as an interconnected system and thrives on solving complex growth challenges. You’ll design outbound infrastructure, build SEO and content engines, and create dashboards that empower our sales and leadership teams. Your expertise with tools like Clay, HubSpot, and Apollo will be central to driving measurable results. ❖ What You’ll Do - Architect outbound systems: Define ICPs, source and enrich leads, segment audiences, and sequence outreach using Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, and emerging tools - Build SEO and content infrastructure: Develop keyword strategies, programmatic content, and internal linking to fuel organic growth - Create internal dashboards: Instrument the GTM funnel and deliver real-time reporting for sales, customer success, and leadership - Own HubSpot: Structure pipelines, automate workflows, and ensure data hygiene for a trusted, high-usage CRM - Leverage AI: Identify and implement AI-powered solutions that replace manual work and accelerate team output - Evaluate and integrate new tools: Pilot and adopt technologies that give Cruva a compounding advantage in the market ❖ What You’ll Bring - 2-5 years in GTM engineering, growth engineering, RevOps, or technical marketing roles - Hands-on experience with Clay, HubSpot or Salesforce, and outbound tools like Apollo or Instantly - Proven track record building SEO or content systems that drive organic growth - Strong data skills: Ability to pull, clean, and interpret data to diagnose and solve problems - Passion for new technology: You’re the first to try new tools and have informed opinions on adoption - Advanced use of AI: You build systems with AI, not just prompts - Familiarity with ecommerce, DTC brands, or TikTok Shop is a strong plus ❖ Compensation & Location - $120,000 to $150,000 base salary, plus meaningful early-stage equity - Remote role (LA preferred) Ready to build the systems that power the next wave of commerce?
