You’ll architect and automate data-driven GTM systems from the ground up—writing code, building pipelines, and transforming sales data into actionable insights that fuel growth for OH.io and our portfolio companies. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Own and maintain GTM data infrastructure across portfolio CRMs - Build and deploy agentic AI workflows using LLMs, n8n, and APIs to surface insights and automate sales actions - Design lightweight data pipelines connecting HubSpot, Clay, Instantly, and other GTM tools for seamless, accurate data flow - Develop lead scoring models, pipeline forecasts, and conversion analyses to sharpen sales team focus - Integrate third-party APIs and MCP servers to expand data coverage and automate enrichment - Create dashboards and reporting that make GTM performance and KPIs accessible to non-technical teammates - Collaborate with RevOps, SDRs, AEs, and marketing specialists to deliver solutions to real GTM challenges - Provide hands-on data and technical support to portfolio companies during onboarding and scaling ❖ What We’re Looking For - Proficiency in coding, with Python and SQL as your go-to tools - A portfolio showcasing scripts, automations, models, or dashboards you’ve built - Experience with LLMs and AI tooling—comfortable building prompts, agents, or integrating AI APIs - Familiarity with B2B GTM systems like HubSpot, Clay, Instantly, or a proven ability to learn new tools quickly - Workflow automation experience (n8n, Zapier, or custom API integrations) is a plus - Strong problem-solving instincts and a proactive, builder’s mindset - Thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment where your role evolves as you grow ❖ Why OH.io?
