❖ About the GTM Engineer Role
As our GTM Engineer, you’ll take ownership of our HubSpot CRM and integrated GTM tech stack, including Clay, Fathom, and Seamless.ai. You’ll design scalable workflows, automate processes, and ensure seamless data flow to drive revenue operations in a fast-growing SaaS environment. This high-impact role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, reporting directly to the Marketing Director.
❖ What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary administrator and architect for HubSpot CRM and GTM tools, building robust integrations and eliminating manual processes
- Develop real-time dashboards, reports, and attribution models to deliver actionable insights into pipeline health and team performance
- Support territory planning, forecasting, and quota modeling through advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making
- Identify system inefficiencies and design automated solutions to boost GTM team productivity
- Act as a trusted advisor to cross-functional leaders, optimizing systems and technology strategy
- Maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for all workflows and configurations to support scalable growth
❖ What You Bring
- 3-5 years of hands-on HubSpot CRM administration in a growth-stage SaaS environment, with expertise in automation, custom objects, reporting, and API integrations
- Advanced skills in HubSpot workflow automation, SQL querying, data analysis, and modern GTM tools
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and drive measurable business impact
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and a collaborative, empathetic approach to relationship building
- Commitment to clear, detailed workflow documentation and continuous process optimization

- Core Platform: HubSpot CRM full suite
- Key Tools: Clay, Seamless.ai, Fathom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Video, Jira, Confluence, WordPress, ChatGPT, Claude.ai, Grammarly

- Experience with AI prompt engineering and leveraging AI tools for workflow automation

❖ Location & Flexibility
This GTM Engineer role is open to remote candidates in the United States (Central/Eastern time zones preferred) or Europe, or hybrid in our Belgrade or Budapest offices.
