This is your opportunity to own our HubSpot CRM and integrated GTM tech stack, including Clay, Fathom, and Seamless.ai, ensuring seamless data flow and scalable workflows across the revenue engine. You’ll work closely with cross-functional leaders, reporting directly to the Marketing Director, and play a pivotal role in our global growth. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary administrator and strategic architect for HubSpot CRM and GTM tools, building robust integrations and eliminating manual processes - Develop real-time dashboards, reports, and attribution models to deliver actionable insights into pipeline health, territory planning, and quota modeling - Lead process automation initiatives, identifying system inefficiencies and designing solutions that boost productivity for GTM teams - Act as a trusted advisor to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, providing guidance on system optimization and technology decisions - Maintain comprehensive documentation for all workflows, configurations, and processes to support scalable growth and knowledge transfer ❖ What You Bring - 3-5 years of hands-on HubSpot CRM administration experience in a growth-stage SaaS environment, with advanced skills in automation, custom objects, reporting, and API integrations - Proficiency in HubSpot workflow automation, SQL querying, data analysis, and modern GTM tools such as Clay, Fathom, and Seamless.ai - Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, with a structured approach to technology implementation and risk mitigation - Excellent cross-functional communication skills, with a proven track record of driving measurable business impact through process optimization - Commitment to clear, detailed workflow documentation as a standard practice ❖ Interpersonal & Communication Skills - Strong people skills and empathy, connecting naturally with team members across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance - Collaborative relationship builder, skilled at aligning teams around shared goals and navigating competing priorities - Clear, patient communicator who can translate technical concepts for diverse audiences and adapt communication styles as needed ❖ Our GTM Tech Stack - Core Platform: HubSpot CRM full suite - Key Tools: Clay, Seamless.ai, Fathom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoom Video, Jira, Confluence, WordPress, ChatGPT, Claude.ai, Grammarly ❖ Bonus Skills - Experience with AI prompt engineering and leveraging AI tools for system automation and workflow optimization - HubSpot Certifications - Familiarity with technical documentation platforms such as Confluence ❖ Location & Flexibility This GTM Engineer role is open to remote candidates in the United States (preferably Central/Eastern time zones) or Europe, as well as hybrid work from our offices in Belgrade, Serbia, or Budapest, Hungary. ❖ About DBeaver DBeaver Corporation delivers a full-featured data solution, from open-source tools to enterprise software, empowering organizations and individuals to harness the power of data.
