This unique position bridges technical building and sales, empowering you to create and optimize outreach campaigns that generate real results—without waiting on a developer. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with the CEO and Head of Business Development to define target customers in Real Estate Investing, Solar, Roofing, and Mortgage industries - Craft personalized messaging for each segment using intent signals and data enrichment - Integrate monitoring and scoring systems into outbound email sequencers and CRM platforms - Use AI to build, test, and iterate new revenue generation systems - Manage and optimize ongoing campaigns to ensure ROI-positive results - Book appointments for the sales team, driving at least 6 closed deals per month ❖ What We’re Looking For You have hands-on experience at data-driven companies like Apollo or Zoominfo, building scalable go-to-market outreach campaigns. You’ve worked as an SDR, managed SDR teams, and are ready to leverage your expertise in cold outbound, HubSpot, and Clay to create automated systems. You’re comfortable engaging directly with customers and thrive in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment. ❖ About the Team You’ll report directly to our Head of Business Development and work closely with leadership.
