As our GTM Engineer, you’ll design, build, and operate AI-powered systems that identify, qualify, and convert high-value enterprise buyers in one of the world’s most relationship-driven markets. You’ll own the full demand generation engine—from account identification to pipeline handoff—using tools like Clay, Apollo, Perplexity, and 6sense to drive qualified pipeline for Raft’s enterprise sales team. ❖ What You’ll Build - Architect and operate an end-to-end demand generation system: account identification, signal detection, engagement, and pipeline handoff - Integrate AI GTM tools into a seamless, working system—not just a tech stack - Develop intent and trigger-based outreach based on real buying signals (M&A, headcount growth, tech stack changes, compliance, trade lane expansion) - Own MQL generation and conversion to SAL/SQL, focusing on revenue outcomes - Build land-and-expand playbooks to turn single-use-case wins into multi-region deployments - Partner closely with Sales (SDR and AE) to ensure every lead is genuinely qualified - Create feedback loops between campaign performance and ICP refinement for continuous improvement ❖ Who You Are - Proven experience building B2B demand generation in niche, complex, or technical markets (logistics, supply chain, trade tech, or adjacent verticals) - Hands-on expertise with AI GTM tooling: Clay, Apollo, Perplexity, 6sense, or similar - Skilled at architecting signal-to-action systems from ICP definition to personalized outreach and pipeline handoff - Data-literate and systems-minded, focused on flows, feedback loops, and conversion rates - Commercially credible, able to engage with senior leaders in global freight forwarding and procurement - Demonstrated track record of building pipeline and driving MQL-to-revenue outcomes ❖ Strongly Preferred - Experience in vertical SaaS, enterprise automation, or AI infrastructure - Familiarity with freight forwarding, customs brokerage, or logistics operations - Experience collaborating with SDR or BDR teams and building high-impact assets - Comfortable operating in a high-autonomy, fast-paced environment where you define the playbook ❖ Why Raft?
