Our team combines smart technology, data-driven processes, and talented people to help clients grow faster and operate more efficiently. ❖ About the GTM Engineer Role As a GTM Engineer, you’ll be the trusted advisor for clients, diagnosing complex go-to-market issues and building tailored solutions using the latest automation, AI, and CRM integrations. You’ll own the client relationship from discovery through delivery, designing and implementing robust GTM stacks that drive measurable results. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where your expertise in tools like Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zapier, and n8n will be put to the test across a variety of industries and business models. ❖ What You’ll Do - Lead client discovery calls to understand business goals and translate them into technical GTM solutions - Build advanced Clay workflows leveraging enrichment providers, intent signals, technographics, job postings, and custom data sources - Design AI-powered automations and agent workflows for research, personalization, routing, and qualification at scale - Integrate CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce), outbound tools, and data sources into seamless, automated systems - Develop and manage automation workflows using Zapier and n8n to eliminate manual processes - Create end-to-end workflows covering the full buyer journey, from first signal to closed deal and renewal - Run experiments, analyze results, and iterate to optimize performance - Stay ahead of new AI capabilities and proactively introduce innovative solutions to clients ❖ What Sets You Apart - You’re a Clay power user—comfortable with multi-step enrichment waterfalls, custom API integrations, AI column chains, Claygent workflows, webhook triggers, and advanced filtering logic - You approach every challenge with an AI-first mindset, building with tools like Claude and integrating leading models into real-world workflows - Deep expertise in at least one CRM (HubSpot or Salesforce), including data flows, workflow automation, lead scoring, and attribution - Strong experience with automation tools such as Zapier and/or n8n, building reliable workflows that scale - Confident leading client calls, running discovery sessions, and communicating technical solutions to stakeholders - Hands-on with the GTM tool stack: ZoomInfo, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Salesloft, Instantly, and more - SQL skills are a plus for data analysis and enrichment logic - Technical foundation with APIs, webhooks, and light scripting in Python or JavaScript is a bonus ❖ Nice to Have - Experience at a Clay agency or GTM consulting firm - Active participation in GTM engineering communities (Clay Slack, RevOps groups, LinkedIn GTM circles) ❖ Benefits & Perks - Hybrid or remote work model (must reside in the U.S.) - Competitive annual salary: $110,000 - $120,000 - Comprehensive health, vision, and dental coverage (BCBS, Delta Dental) - Paid parental leave, life & disability insurance, 401(k) matching - Generous paid time off and 14 paid holidays - Positive, collaborative team culture - Business casual dress code - Company laptop and full tech stack provided Ready to take your GTM engineering skills to the next level and make a real impact for B2B SaaS and enterprise clients?
