You’ll collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Finance to streamline the revenue lifecycle, building scalable data models, dashboards, and AI-powered workflows. This is an ideal opportunity for an early- to mid-career engineer or senior analyst with a background in computer science or data engineering who thrives on solving problems end-to-end and communicating with business stakeholders. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain data pipelines, transformations, and analytical models for Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations - Design dashboards, KPIs, and self-service analytics for GTM leaders and frontline teams - Ensure data quality, consistency, and documentation across BI and GTM data assets - Analyze historical deal and pricing data to inform pricing strategy and identify opportunities - Support pipeline health, forecasting, and funnel analysis - Enhance pricing workflows by improving data completeness and validation - Identify and automate high-friction GTM workflows using low-code tools (e.g., Zapier) and AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) - Document workflows and communicate changes to both technical and non-technical audiences - Measure and report on the impact of workflow improvements - Translate business questions into actionable technical solutions ❖ What You Bring - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Analytics, or related field - Strong SQL skills and experience with structured datasets - Proficiency in Python or similar languages for data transformation and automation - Familiarity with data modeling, ETL/ELT, and modern analytics workflows - Experience building dashboards in Power BI or similar BI tools - Excellent communication skills and ability to work with GTM stakeholders - Ability to document technical work for diverse audiences - Interest in go-to-market strategy, sales operations, and revenue analytics - Comfort using AI tools to accelerate analysis and automation - Exposure to Salesforce (admin, reporting, or analytics) - Proactive, ownership-driven mindset - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet in-person team requirements ❖ Why DMG?
