❖ About the Customer Success Lead Role
As a Customer Success Lead, you’ll become an AI expert and the primary point of contact for many of our largest US-based customers. You’ll guide clients through onboarding, build custom AI workflows using our no-code platform, and help them maximize the value of Orbital for their sales and marketing teams. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our founders and make a tangible impact on customer growth and retention.
❖ Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new customers, ensuring they realize value from Orbital within their first 14 days
- Build and optimize AI workflows using our no-code platform to address unique customer needs
- Act as a strategic partner, advising clients on best practices for leveraging Orbital in B2B SaaS sales and marketing
- Monitor customer health signals, resolve issues promptly, and foster strong relationships that drive renewals and expansion
- Collaborate closely with the Hyderabad team and partially overlap with US time zones for seamless customer communication
❖ What We’re Looking For
- 2–6 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as consulting, sales, or customer success, ideally with US-based clients
- Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to managing client relationships
- Technical competency with low-code or no-code platforms; bonus points for coding experience
- A proactive, resourceful mindset and the drive to go above and beyond for customers
- Strategic thinking and the ability to advise customers on achieving their business goals with Orbital
