Working at the intersection of engineering and commercial strategy, you’ll design and optimize workflows across platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Salesloft, Qualified, and Profound. Your work will be central to how pipeline is created, scored, and converted, with direct visibility and influence alongside senior leadership, including the CMO. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Design and build end-to-end, signal-driven GTM systems across leading platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Salesloft, Qualified, Profound) - Develop scalable workflows that unify data enrichment, intent signals, and outbound execution for a seamless GTM engine - Translate intent, firmographic, and engagement signals into targeted GTM plays that accelerate pipeline creation and expansion - Own and optimize pipeline generation infrastructure, ensuring prospects and accounts are effectively identified, scored, routed, and converted - Run structured experiments across outbound and lifecycle motions, using insights to continuously improve performance - Establish governance, documentation, and operating standards for repeatability, scalability, and consistency across all GTM systems ❖ What You’ll Bring - 8+ years in GTM systems roles (Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, RevOps, or GTM Engineering) with a strong focus on commercial outcomes; hands-on Clay experience may offset years required - Proven systems-thinking mindset, able to design and connect complex workflows across multiple GTM platforms - Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot; experience with Clay and Salesloft is a strong advantage - Demonstrated ability to build and launch scalable systems that deliver measurable impact on pipeline, revenue, or conversion - Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, RevOps) in a matrixed organization ❖ Why FE fundinfo?
