We’re looking for a GTM Engineer (B2B SaaS) who thrives on technical depth, can answer tough questions live, and wants to be at the forefront of enterprise software sales. ❖ What You’ll Do - Own and close complex enterprise deals end-to-end: discovery, live product demos, and deep technical conversations - Build and manage your own pipeline using cold outbound, HubSpot, Clay, and other tools - Develop and iterate your own sales methodology, tracking results weekly to optimize performance - Collaborate closely with Product, Solutions, and Engineering to influence the product roadmap based on real customer feedback - Contribute to pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy—your input will help shape how we scale ❖ What Makes You a Fit - You engage with software like an engineer, exploring features, asking tough questions, and demoing live - You think in systems and processes, always seeking ways to make things more efficient - You have some commercial exposure and discovered you enjoy the challenge of the sales room - You’re motivated by equity and uncapped earning potential, not just a guaranteed base - You’re comfortable working in-office 3x per week in Midtown Manhattan - You may not come from a traditional sales background—neither did our best closers ❖ Compensation & Benefits - $130K–$150K base salary - Uncapped commission (targeting a 50/50 OTE split) - Meaningful equity in a high-growth AI SaaS company - 2% company-sponsored 401(k) contributions - Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and life insurance - Unlimited PTO - $100/month wellbeing budget - $1,000 annual training budget - 14 weeks paid parental leave (primary) / 6 weeks (secondary) This is a unique chance to trade guaranteed cash for real ownership and upside.
