❖ The Opportunity: GTM Engineer B2B SaaS
As GTM Engineer, you’ll own the end-to-end execution of cold outbound campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Clay, Smartlead, Lemlist, N8N, and Claude. You’ll collaborate closely with SDRs, AEs, and marketing to ensure the right messages reach high-intent US prospects at the right time. This is a hands-on role—about 75% execution and 25% strategy—where you’ll build, optimize, and report on multi-channel outbound sequences across email, LinkedIn, and phone.
❖ What You’ll Do
- Design, launch, and optimize outbound campaigns targeting US B2B buyers
- Use Firmable’s data and buying signals for precise, signal-based targeting
- Operate and iterate on the GTM stack (HubSpot, Clay, Smartlead, Lemlist, N8N, Claude)
- Partner with sales to enable SDRs and AEs with effective sequences and assets
- Systematize pre- and post-event outreach to turn event attendance into pipeline
- Track and report on campaign performance, using data to drive improvements
❖ What We’re Looking For
- Up to 1 year of hands-on experience in a GTM, demand generation, sales operations, or SDR-adjacent role
- Proven ability to build and run outbound campaigns, not just support them
- Practical experience with at least two modern GTM tools (HubSpot, Clay, Smartlead, Lemlist, N8N, Claude, or similar)
- Strong grasp of outbound fundamentals: ICP definition, sequencing, deliverability, and cold email best practices
- Data-driven mindset: skilled at list building, enrichment, segmentation, and campaign analysis
- Action-oriented and iterative—comfortable working independently in a remote, cross-timezone team
- Deep familiarity with AI tools for prospect research, copy iteration, list enrichment, and workflow automation
❖ Highly Valued Experience
- Selling into or marketing to US B2B buyers
- Experience with deliverability infrastructure, domain warming, or inbox management at scale
- Advanced workflow automation (n8n, Zapier, or similar)
- Startup or scaleup background where you’ve built processes from scratch
