As a Founding Partner, you’ll co-found your own agency under the ORYN umbrella, leveraging our proven methodology and deal flow from day one. ❖ What You’ll Do - Architect and implement revenue infrastructure for B2B SaaS and agency clients - Own the full GTM loop: ICP targeting, outbound systems, enrichment workflows, pipeline logic, and CRM architecture - Integrate and optimize tools like Clay, Apollo, and HubSpot at an expert level - Build systems that drive real pipeline and closed revenue, not just activity - Deliver end-to-end solutions for multiple clients, with full ownership of your craft ❖ What We’re Looking For - Hands-on experience building GTM infrastructure (not just strategy) - Deep execution-level expertise in at least one GTM toolstack (e.g., cold outbound HubSpot Clay, Apollo, or similar) - Proven ability to manage the entire GTM process from ICP definition to closed-won deals - Ready to own delivery and results for multiple clients as a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS specialist ❖ Bonus Skills - Experience with AI-enrichment and signal-based outbound - Background in B2B SaaS or agency environments - Existing network in target segments - Basic scripting skills for custom automation (Python, JavaScript, or similar) ❖ What Makes This Unique This is not a traditional job—it’s a co-founding opportunity.
