- Use technology as a true differentiator—NextJS, AI, and automation power our platform
- Champion sustainability with premium, recycled products that recipients actually use
- Join a diverse, inclusive team committed to innovation and operational excellence
❖ About the GTM Engineer Role
As our GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you’ll own the infrastructure that powers our go-to-market engine. Reporting to the Growth Lead, you’ll be the hands-on expert building, connecting, and optimizing the systems that drive our GTM motion. You’ll write automations, close attribution gaps, and engineer data flows that turn experiments into revenue.
❖ What You’ll Do
- Manage and optimize paid search performance across Google Ads and Bing, including bidding strategy, budget pacing, and technical measurement
- Build robust attribution infrastructure—implement offline conversion imports, server-side tracking, and multi-touch attribution models
- Develop and maintain our GTM tech stack: HubSpot, Clay, Lemlist, n8n, Zapier, and their integrations
- Design automated outbound sequences and lead enrichment workflows using Clay and Apollo
- Run multichannel outbound experiments, leveraging GenAI for hyper-personalized LinkedIn and email outreach
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for full-funnel analytics—CAC, pipeline contribution, ROAS, CVR, CPL, and channel efficiency
- Drive a fast-paced experimentation cadence, turning insights into action and reporting results to leadership
❖ What We’re Looking For
- Extensive hands-on experience managing paid search (Google Ads, Bing) with significant monthly spend
- Proven ability to build production automation workflows in n8n or Zapier, moving leads between outbound tools and HubSpot
- Experience with the modern GTM stack—Clay, Apollo, Lemlist—and instrumenting attribution across experiments
- Skilled in implementing offline conversion tracking and server-side imports for ad platforms
- Ability to solve attribution gaps with multi-touch models and signal comparisons
- Practical B2B experience with sales cycles up to 3 months and understanding of attribution/conversion windows
- Track record of connecting technical experiments to commercial metrics (CTR, CVR, CPL, ROI, pipeline velocity)
- Strong communicator, able to explain technical infrastructure and results to non-technical stakeholders
- Preference for rapid iteration—deploy, measure, iterate, and report
❖ Bonus Skills
- Technical understanding of LLM architecture and GenAI applications
- Experience with hyper-personalized video workflows (e.g., Loom)
- Running holdout/A-B experiments across paid and outbound channels
- Connecting outbound automation to longer B2B sales cycles
- Experience with personalized gifting outreach automation
❖ Our Tech Stack
- Paid search: Google Ads, Bing
- Automation/orchestration: n8n, Zapier
- Outbound/GTM tools: Clay, Apollo, Lemlist
- CRM/data: HubSpot (offline conversion imports, server-side tracking)
- Personalization/creative: Loom, personalized gifting tooling
- Experimentation/attribution: holdouts, multi-touch signals
- GenAI/LLM: OpenClaw and similar
You should be comfortable integrating via APIs and building production workflows. Our stack evolves, and we expect you to evolve with it.
❖ Growth Mindset Over Checklists
We value impact and potential over a perfect CV. If you’re excited about this GTM Engineer B2B SaaS role but don’t meet every requirement, we still want to hear from you. What matters most is your passion for our mission and your ability to solve complex problems.
❖ Application Process
- Initial call with our Talent Lead
- Interview with the hiring manager
- Final interview with the CEO and team, including a technical presentation
Go Swag is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all.
