We value urgency, ownership, and solving complex problems from first principles. ❖ The Opportunity: GTM Engineer As a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you’ll architect and operate the technical engine that transforms intent signals into qualified meetings. Sitting within Marketing but collaborating closely with Sales, founders, and go-to-market leadership, you’ll ensure the right accounts receive the right outreach at the right time. This hands-on role blends technical fluency, growth instincts, and revenue accountability to drive pipeline from named accounts. ❖ What You’ll Do - Build and manage the intent signal stack, leveraging website activity, paid engagement, event participation, social signals, hiring trends, funding events, and more - Prioritize high-conviction target accounts weekly, providing clear rationale for outreach timing - Design scalable enrichment and research workflows to generate detailed account briefs, including tech stack, company developments, and stakeholder context - Own the workflow layer for scoring, routing, enrichment, and trigger-based outbound using tools like Clay, OpenAI, Claude, and other GTM automation platforms - Launch and optimize personalized outbound programs from founder, AE, and vertical lead inboxes, ensuring every message is timely and relevant - Establish a repeatable experimentation engine for messaging, channel mix, sequencing, and send patterns, codifying successful plays - Track performance from signal to meeting to pipeline, reporting on reply rates, meetings booked, SALs, and sourced pipeline by account and campaign - Partner with Sales to improve lead handoff, outreach timing, and account coverage across key verticals - Rapidly iterate: discontinue weak campaigns, double down on what converts, and continuously elevate system quality ❖ What We’re Looking For - 4+ years in growth, demand generation, marketing operations, GTM engineering, growth engineering, or technical outbound in a B2B SaaS environment - Proven experience building workflows with tools like Clay, LLM APIs, enrichment providers, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and marketing automation tools - Strong technical fluency across data, automation, prompt workflows, APIs, spreadsheets, and systems design - Ability to turn fragmented intent signals into structured account prioritization and outbound execution - Experience running or supporting highly personalized outbound for enterprise or named accounts - Deep understanding of funnel performance, with skills to measure and improve reply rates, meetings booked, sourced pipeline, and conversion by segment - Excellent copywriting and messaging instincts for concise, human outbound tailored to account context - High ownership mindset and comfort operating cross-functionally across Marketing, Sales, and leadership - Action-oriented, experimental, and decisive in optimizing campaigns - Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders ❖ Nice to Have - Experience supporting founder-led or executive-led outbound motions - Familiarity with enterprise marketing buyers, especially within Fortune 500 or complex accounts - Experience with signal-based GTM tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Common Room, 6sense, Apollo, or similar platforms ❖ Compensation & Benefits - Base salary: $125,000–$145,000, based on experience and qualifications - Performance-based bonus and equity grant - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) retirement plan - Paid time off, paid sick leave, and employee wellness programs ❖ Why Gradial? - Meaningful equity and competitive salary - Fast-paced, high-ownership environment with real impact and zero bureaucracy - Front-row seat to building category-defining AI infrastructure - Emphasis on AI literacy and thoughtful application of AI tools - Opportunity to work with cutting-edge platforms like Clay, OpenAI, and HubSpot in a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS role ❖ How We Hire We value candidates who embrace AI as a core tool for creativity and scale, demonstrate high ownership, and communicate with clarity.
