Granola spreads organically within organizations, empowering leaders and teams at top companies like Vercel, Cursor, Lovable, and Decagon. ❖ About the GTM Engineer Role As our GTM Engineer, you’ll design and build the automation and systems that power our go-to-market engine. This hands-on role is focused on creating scalable, AI-enabled revenue infrastructure for a B2B SaaS environment. You’ll work closely with Sales and Customer Success, owning the technical layer that connects our data, tools, and workflows—far beyond traditional Salesforce admin or Clay enrichment roles. ❖ What You’ll Do - Architect and scale GTM systems to drive customer acquisition and retention - Build internal tools, API integrations, and custom automation logic using Attio, Polytomic, Default, Trigger.dev, and GitHub - Deploy AI agents for account research, pre-call intelligence, and personalized outreach, integrating them directly into operational systems - Design the GTM data model (accounts, contacts, opportunities) and manage data pipelines, enrichment, and integrations - Continuously evaluate and implement new tools that move the needle for our go-to-market motion - Collaborate with Sales, CS, and Finance to translate GTM strategy into scalable, impactful systems - Ship MVPs quickly, gather feedback, and iterate for continuous improvement ❖ What We’re Looking For - 5+ years in technical roles, ideally in GTM or Revenue Operations within high-growth companies (open to diverse backgrounds with GTM interest) - Proven experience designing and scaling systems in B2B SaaS environments - Hands-on AI deployment experience (automations, agents, workflows) - (Nice to have) Proficiency in SQL and TypeScript - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate non-technical needs into technical solutions - Quick to learn new tools and adapt to our tech stack - Energized by building from scratch and working in-person at our London office - Pragmatic, impact-driven, and values collaboration, ambition, and kindness ❖ Compensation & Benefits - Competitive salary: £100,000–£130,000 GBP + equity and benefits - We hire the best and reward accordingly, with a mix of salary, variable, and equity Ready to build the systems that power the future of B2B SaaS?
