❖ About the GTM Engineer Role
As a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you’ll architect and automate the systems, data, and processes that power revenue generation across sales and marketing. You’ll be the bridge between pipeline creation and revenue conversion, ensuring our GTM motion is fast, reliable, and scalable. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll work hands-on with HubSpot, enrichment pipelines, workflow automation, SQL, APIs, and AI tools like Clay and Fireflies.
❖ What You’ll Do
- Build and optimize GTM systems architecture, with HubSpot as the core CRM
- Automate workflows for enrichment, routing, scoring, CRM hygiene, and pipeline management
- Design AI-native GTM workflows using LLMs for account research, call summaries, and deal hygiene
- Integrate tools like Fireflies, Google Sheets, and webhooks to streamline data and reporting
- Develop internal tools for proposal generation, pricing, deal desk review, and contract reconciliation
- Maintain clean, structured GTM data for decision-grade reporting and analytics
- Partner with leadership on forecasting, pipeline coverage, and GTM planning
- Dogfood Gray Swan’s own products (Cygnal, Shade) within our sales and customer-facing workflows
❖ Who You Are
- 3–5 years in GTM Engineering, RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops in a B2B SaaS environment
- Deep experience with HubSpot CRM architecture, workflows, reporting, and pipeline hygiene
- Strong analytical skills with Excel/Sheets, BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Mode), and AI analytics
- Proficient in SQL, webhooks, no-code/low-code tools, and lightweight automation
- Skilled in leveraging AI tools or LLMs for research, data quality, and workflow automation
- Experience designing GTM processes (lead routing, scoring, pipeline stages)
- High attention to data integrity and system scalability
- Bonus: Sales enablement experience, Python or scripting, and familiarity with tools like Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Chili Piper, LeanData, Default, Fireflies, Gong, Retool, Zapier, Make, Claude Code, Cursor, or Replit
- Experience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, AI, infrastructure, or technical enterprise sales is a plus

- Salary: $115,110 - $173,100
