❖ About the GTM Engineer Role
As a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you’ll own the automated infrastructure that transforms target account lists into high-impact outbound campaigns, buying signals into actionable alerts, and CRM data into a reliable source of truth. Sitting at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations, you’ll power our entire revenue lifecycle—from first touch to expansion.
❖ Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and optimize multi-channel outbound sequences using Clay, n8n, and enrichment workflows, connecting firmographic and technographic data to personalized outreach at scale
- Build and maintain prospect lists and enriched account profiles, enabling BDRs and AEs to have relevant, high-quality first conversations
- Own the signal-based selling infrastructure, detecting buying triggers and routing them to the right sales reps at the right time
- Manage automated nudge sequences for stalled deals, using CRM data and engagement signals to trigger timely follow-ups
- Ensure CRM health through automated deduplication, data validation, integration monitoring, and regular audits
- Develop upsell signal detection and churn risk systems for the CS team, connecting key signals to automated outreach workflows
- Evaluate, integrate, and manage the AI-powered GTM tooling stack, focusing on tools that drive real business value
❖ Outcomes You’ll Drive
- Grow outbound pipeline: Increase qualified opportunities and meetings booked through automated sequences and signal-based targeting
- Improve win rate: Boost deal closure rates with nudge sequences, targeted campaigns, and enriched account context
- Raise CRM data quality: Track and improve contact accuracy, completeness, and data freshness
- Build expansion pipeline: Source upsell and cross-sell opportunities from detected signals and automated workflows
- Reduce customer churn: Implement early warning systems for declining usage and other risk factors, triggering proactive engagement
❖ What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in growth marketing, revenue operations, or a technical GTM role in a B2B SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with Clay, n8n, Zapier, Make, or AirOps, building complex workflows and API integrations
- Proficiency with data enrichment tools like Exa, Firecrawl, or MarketBetter at scale
- Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and data integrations; scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, or SQL) are a strong plus
- Experience with CRM administration (HubSpot or Salesforce) and a deep understanding of how data quality impacts pipeline and outbound effectiveness
- Fluency with AI tools and a proven track record of applying them to GTM workflows
- Cross-functional experience collaborating with BDR, AE, and CS teams to deliver systems that meet real-world needs

- $115,000 - $136,000 base salary
- $12,000 - $16,000 annual target incentives
