As a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you’ll be the technical backbone, ensuring our GTM tool stack and Salesforce environment are optimized, integrated, and future-ready. ❖ What You’ll Do - Administer and continuously optimize Salesforce, managing user access, custom objects, flows, validation rules, permission sets, and reporting dashboards - Own the GTM tool stack end-to-end: maintain inventory, manage vendor relationships, track renewals, and recommend tool consolidation or expansion - Design and deploy new workflows and cross-system integrations to streamline Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success operations - Champion an AI-first approach by integrating LLMs, automation agents, and enrichment pipelines to reduce manual work and surface actionable insights - Build and maintain integrations across platforms like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Gong, Spiff, and Omni using APIs, native connectors, or iPaaS solutions (Zapier, Make, Workato) - Document system configurations, workflow logic, and integration architecture to ensure operational continuity and enable AI automations - Partner with RevOps leadership and GTM stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, proactively identifying risks and opportunities You’ll report directly to the Director of Revenue Operations and collaborate closely with senior team members and cross-functional GTM leaders. ❖ Who You Are - 5+ years in a GTM Engineering, RevOps Systems, or Salesforce Admin role within high-growth B2B SaaS or marketplace environments - Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent expertise, with deep knowledge of flows, validation rules, permission sets, custom objects, and reporting - Proven AI-first mindset, with experience incorporating LLMs, automation agents, or AI-assisted enrichment tools (e.g., Clay, n8n, Gemini, Claude) into GTM workflows - Hands-on experience managing a SaaS GTM tool stack, including renewal tracking, vendor evaluation, and ROI analysis for tools like ZoomInfo, Outreach, Gong, Spiff - Strong technical aptitude for system integrations, including REST APIs, native connectors, and iPaaS platforms (Zapier, Make, Workato) - Builder’s mentality and owner mindset—proactively identifying gaps, architecting scalable solutions, and taking pride in reliable systems - Comfortable building automations, debugging integrations, and working with APIs; able to leverage AI tools like Claude Code to accelerate solutions - Experience building AI agents and workflows that automate CRM updates, surface deal risk signals, and streamline research for revenue teams ❖ Compensation & Benefits - Competitive salary range: $120,000–$130,000, with final compensation based on experience, skills, certifications, and location - Equity stock options for all full-time employees - Flexible vacation, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance - 401(k), FSA, and a remote-first work environment - Opportunity to work for a VC-backed, mission-driven company in a high-growth industry - Commitment to fair and equitable compensation practices - This fully remote role is open to candidates in AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OK, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, PA ❖ Diversity & Inclusion HopSkipDrive is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
