❖ Role Overview: GTM Engineer B2B SaaS
As a GTM Engineer, you’ll serve as the technical backbone of our growth strategy, reporting to the Director of Product Marketing. This Gurgaon-based (home office/hybrid) position focuses on designing and optimizing AI-driven infrastructure, connecting campaign engagement and CRM signals, and building multi-channel outbound and inbound cadences using tools like Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, and product analytics platforms.
❖ Key Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize GTM systems and funnel workflows across Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, and enrichment tools
- Build and iterate on outbound and inbound campaigns, leveraging marketing automation and intelligent sequencing
- Develop and deploy AI agents to automate marketing and sales workflows, from lead research to campaign execution
- Rapidly experiment with new AI tools, LLMs, and orchestration frameworks to enhance GTM activities
- Deliver hyper-personalized content and experiences at scale using machine learning algorithms
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate messaging into scalable, high-performing campaigns
- Create feedback loops between campaigns, product usage, and pipeline performance to surface actionable insights
- Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to eliminate manual processes and build internal tools for greater efficiency
❖ What We’re Looking For
- 3-6 years in a technical GTM, Growth, Marketing Ops, SDR, or similar B2B SaaS role
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales funnels
- Experience working closely with Product Marketing or demand generation teams
- Proven ability to build or optimize cadences, campaigns, or outbound workflows
- Proficiency with GTM stacks: Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, enrichment tools, analytics platforms
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on impact and execution
- Creative problem solver who can connect technical solutions to business outcomes
❖ Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with cybersecurity or enterprise software markets
- Background in growth engineering, RevOps, SDR, or sales automation
