❖ About the Role: GTM Engineer B2B SaaS
As a GTM Engineer at Infisical, you’ll be the operational backbone of our go-to-market (GTM) organization. Reporting to the Head of GTM and working closely with marketing, you’ll own the systems, data flows, and enablement programs that empower our sales, marketing, and post-sales teams to scale efficiently. This role blends the analytical rigor of revenue operations—covering top-of-funnel analytics, pipeline progression, forecasting, and territory planning—with the programmatic craft of enablement, including onboarding, playbooks, and ongoing skill-building for Account Executives and Solutions Engineers.
❖ Key Responsibilities
- Administer and integrate the GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, Clay, and more), designing end-to-end process workflows and leading tooling decisions.
- Build dashboards and analytical frameworks to connect marketing metrics with pipeline, conversion, and revenue outcomes, providing leadership with real-time funnel visibility and forecast accuracy.
- Consult on forecasting, territory design, quota setting, and segmentation to support rapid GTM expansion.
- Design and execute onboarding, skill development, and certification programs, operationalizing sales methodologies like MEDDPIC and Command of the Message.
- Partner with sales, marketing, operations, and engineering SMEs to produce sales-ready content (battlecards, objection handlers, competitive briefs) and maintain a single source of truth for GTM playbooks, leveraging Gong for coaching and insights.
❖ What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in GTM, revenue, sales operations, or enablement at a B2B SaaS company, ideally with early- or growth-stage startup experience.
- Hands-on administration of modern GTM stacks, including HubSpot, Salesforce, and conversation intelligence tools like Gong.
- Proven ability to build dashboards, forecasting cadence, and analytical frameworks from scratch (funnel data, cohort analysis, quota/capacity modeling).
- Experience designing and delivering enablement programs that improve rep ramp time, productivity, or win rates.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable sales content.
- High ownership mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity without an existing playbook.

- Experience selling to or enabling sellers for developer, DevOps, security, or infrastructure buyers.
- Familiarity with tools such as Apollo, Clay, Commonroom, Chili Piper, Outreach/Salesloft, Unify, or similar.
- Exposure to product-led growth motions alongside enterprise outbound GTM.
- Background in open-source or open-core commercial business models.
