GTM Engineer
About the Role
Join a fast-moving B2B SaaS team where you’ll architect the integrations, automations, and AI-powered workflows that directly accelerate revenue. As a GTM Engineer, you’ll own projects end-to-end, shaping how our revenue team operates and making a measurable impact on bookings, retention, and efficiency.
❖ About the Role
This is a builder’s role for a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS—not an admin position. You’ll design and implement integrations, automated workflows, and AI-assisted pipelines that empower our revenue team to move faster and smarter. You’ll balance business goals with technical constraints, driving solutions that deliver real results.
Everything you build will support one of three outcomes: driving new bookings, improving gross retention, or increasing operational efficiency. Whether you’re automating renewal notifications in HubSpot, generating personalized demo decks from call recordings, or launching cold outbound campaigns at scale with Clay and ZoomInfo, your work will be central to our growth.
You’ll collaborate closely with IT on security, access, and governance, ensuring every project meets high standards while staying focused on GTM and revenue initiatives. If you thrive in a dynamic environment where not everything is defined, you’ll find plenty of opportunity here.
❖ What You’ll Do
- Build integrations and automated workflows that move prospects through the funnel, using tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Clay.
- Remove friction from the buyer journey, automating touchpoints from first contact to close.
- Launch outbound campaigns that scale with AI-assisted personalization, leveraging enrichment and intent data from platforms like ZoomInfo and Hockeystack.
- Develop scoring and signal workflows that surface the right opportunities at the right time, writing actionable insights back to Salesforce.
- Automate manual tasks for Customer Success and account management, such as renewal notifications, health-score updates, and follow-up sequences.
- Ensure seamless post-sale experiences, from onboarding to renewal and expansion, with automated deal-room and demo deck generation.
- Maintain clean, synchronized data and know when to keep humans in the loop for critical decisions.
- Own your work—ship maintainable, documented, and scalable solutions, and run experiments to drive continuous improvement.
- Design security, access, and governance into every project, partnering with IT to move quickly and securely.
❖ What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Engineering & integration expertise: Comfortable with APIs, REST integrations, Python and/or JavaScript scripting, and building production-ready automations.
- CRM building: Skilled in Salesforce or HubSpot beyond configuration, with a strong grasp of permission and security models.
- Agentic AI & automation: Experience building LLM-driven workflows for scoring, summarization, and CRM integration; MCP experience is a plus.
- Enrichment & data orchestration: Proficient with platforms like Clay, ZoomInfo, Hockeystack, or Hightouch, turning data into actionable outbound and routing.
- Revenue & GTM sense: Deep understanding of B2B revenue teams, partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience to prioritize impactful projects.
- Security, access & governance: Able to discuss OAuth scopes, connector permissions, and access governance with IT, accurately scoping risk and driving project approval.
- Cultural fit: You thrive in a collaborative, low-ego environment where ownership, sharp thinking, and teamwork drive success.
Preferred:
- SQL or BI experience: Ability to analyze funnel data, identify pipeline leaks, and inform what to build next.
- Familiarity with deal-room tools and a clear understanding of friction points across new-business and post-sale processes.
