You’ll help developers move from initial signup to real production usage, reducing friction and improving onboarding. This part-time, US-based internship runs from August 2026 through December 2026, offering 10–20 hours per week at $22/hour. ❖ What You’ll Do - Identify and document friction points in the onboarding and first deployment experience - Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance onboarding flows - Build production-grade demo applications showcasing Sevalla as an alternative to AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, and Kubernetes - Support technical validation and deliver product overviews to help users evaluate Sevalla for real production use cases - Analyze user behavior and funnel metrics (signup → activation → paid) to surface insights and improve conversion - Work with Mixpanel, Intercom, HubSpot, and Slack to manage onboarding workflows, track user engagement, and route high-intent leads - Report daily progress to your Mentor and participate in weekly 1:1s and performance reviews ❖ What You Bring - Strong interest in GTM, B2B SaaS, and technology - Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and processes - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote environment - Positive attitude and enthusiasm for contributing to a global, collaborative team ❖ Why Join Kinsta & Sevalla?
