❖ About the GTM Engineer Role
As a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS, you’ll be embedded within InterSystems’ North America Sales organization and aligned with the AI Enablement Team. You’ll serve as the primary architect for next-generation go-to-market workflows, collaborating with Technical Services, Pega Development, Sales Operations, and Sales Enablement. Your mission: accelerate adoption of AI-enabled tools, streamline sales processes, and drive measurable improvements in seller productivity, pipeline quality, and software revenue across Account Executives, Sales Engineers, BDRs, and CSMs.
❖ Key Responsibilities
- Redesign and optimize end-to-end sales workflows to eliminate friction, support pipeline creation, and accelerate revenue velocity
- Partner with Pega Development and Technical Services to build and deploy workflow automation solutions that reduce administrative burden
- Identify high-ROI automation opportunities by engaging directly with customer-facing teams and sales enablement
- Own the GTM sales effectiveness roadmap: prioritize initiatives, define requirements, manage timelines, and track adoption metrics
- Act as the NA Sales liaison to the AI Enablement team, translating business needs into technical requirements for AI tooling
- Lead the evaluation, piloting, and scaled deployment of AI-powered sales tools, including AI-assisted call summaries, opportunity scoring, and pipeline health monitoring
- Support enablement programs and training to drive adoption of new processes and workflows
- Stay current on GenAI, AI, and ML trends in B2B sales, representing best practices to senior leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure scalable, integrated workflow redesigns and data-driven processes
- Define and track KPIs for workflow initiatives, including time savings, adoption rates, and revenue impact
- Build dashboards and reporting for real-time sales productivity and revenue insights
- Continuously evaluate and improve deployed workflows and tools based on feedback
❖ Qualifications
- 7+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, GTM strategy, or technical sales engineering within B2B software or technology
- Proven experience designing and implementing workflow automation or process improvement in a sales environment
- Hands-on experience applying AI/ML tools to sales, such as conversational intelligence, analytics, or generative AI for content and outreach
- Strong project management skills with a track record of driving multiple initiatives to completion
- Exceptional communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in Excel and at least one BI tool (Power BI preferred)
- Experience with ZoomInfo, Outreach, LinkedIn, Artisan, Pega, and leveraging LLMs
- Prior experience in a sales role (AE, SE, BDR, or CSM) is a strong differentiator
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus

- Workflow adoption rates across AEs, SEs, BDRs, and CSMs
- Reduction in non-selling time for front-line roles (target: 15–20% within 12 months)
- Number of AI use cases piloted, deployed, and sustained at scale
- Pipeline and revenue contribution from GTM engineering initiatives
- Seller satisfaction scores related to tooling and workflow effectiveness

- Estimated base salary range: $114,000—$150,000 USD, plus discretionary annual variable target incentive
