Discover more at InvoiceCloud.com. ❖ About the GTM Engineer Role We’re seeking a results-oriented GTM Engineer to join our Revenue Operations team. In this role, you’ll advance InvoiceCloud’s mission by building and optimizing data-driven solutions that power our go-to-market (GTM) strategy. You’ll collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps, leveraging tools like Clay, Snowflake, Salesforce, and AI platforms to enhance customer engagement and drive operational excellence. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Write advanced SQL in Snowflake to create views, scoring models, and ad hoc analyses supporting GTM decision-making - Maintain and improve Tableau dashboards for pipeline and buying signals - Collaborate with SDRs, AEs, and Marketing to identify workflow pain points and deliver engineering solutions - Proactively address data quality issues and automation gaps before they impact the pipeline - Build tables, waterfalls, and enrichment workflows in Clay for prospecting and lead scoring - Design and maintain data pipelines from Clay to Salesforce, ensuring clean field mapping and record integrity - Orchestrate data across the GTM stack: Clay, Salesforce (SFDC), Marketo, 6sense, and Snowflake - Develop and deploy automations to reduce manual work across Sales, Marketing, and RevOps - Own and optimize Clay as the primary GTM engineering platform - Build AI-powered workflows using Claude, ChatGPT, and other LLMs for research, personalization, and signal processing - Rapidly prototype internal tools using platforms like Claude Code and Lovable - Document data logic, workflow architecture, and process changes ❖ What You Bring - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field - Strong SQL skills, including complex queries, CTEs, and window functions - Hands-on experience with AI tools: LLM APIs (Claude, OpenAI), prompt engineering, and AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) - Experience with Clay or a strong desire to become an expert quickly - Familiarity with workflow automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make) - Experience with low-code/no-code app builders such as Lovable, Bolt, or v0 - 1–3 years of professional experience, or strong internship/project work - Genuine interest in sales and marketing, with a desire to understand GTM motion Nice to Have: - Experience with Salesforce data models and SFDC integrations - Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, or other data warehouse tools - Exposure to ABM platforms like 6sense or intent data concepts - Python skills for scripting, API integrations, or ML experimentation - Prior experience in RevOps, sales ops, or marketing ops ❖ Benefits & Compensation - Competitive base salary: $110,000–$130,000 USD, plus annual bonus or commission eligibility - Medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance - 401(k) plan with company match - Flexible Time Off (FTO), wellbeing days, paid holidays, and summer Fridays - Mental health resources - Paid parental leave & Backup Care - Tuition reimbursement - Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) - Inclusive, award-winning culture committed to equal opportunity ❖ Join Us If you’re a proactive GTM Engineer ready to shape the future of B2B SaaS and fintech, we want to hear from you.
