As part of our global team in Petah Tikva, you’ll help shape the future of cybersecurity and application connectivity. ❖ About the GTM Engineer Role As a GTM Engineer on our Product Marketing team, you’ll architect and optimize the AI-powered infrastructure behind AlgoSec’s go-to-market engine. You’ll work hands-on with Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, product analytics, and enrichment platforms to unify campaign engagement and CRM signals, improving targeting and conversion across the funnel. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Design, build, and optimize GTM systems and funnel architecture for B2B SaaS growth - Engineer multi-channel outbound and inbound cadences using Outreach, email, LinkedIn, and marketing automation tools - Develop AI-driven growth automation, deploying agents to streamline marketing and sales workflows - Rapidly experiment with new AI tools, LLMs, and orchestration frameworks to enhance GTM activities - Deliver hyper-personalized content and experiences at scale using machine learning algorithms - Partner with Product Marketing to translate messaging into scalable, high-performing campaigns - Create data feedback loops to surface actionable insights and improve conversion rates - Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to eliminate manual processes and boost team efficiency ❖ What We’re Looking For - 3-6 years in a technical GTM, Growth, Marketing Ops, SDR, or similar B2B SaaS role - Deep understanding of B2B marketing and sales funnels - Experience working with Product Marketing or demand generation teams - Proven ability to build and optimize cadences, campaigns, or outbound workflows - Proficiency with GTM stacks: Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, enrichment tools, analytics platforms - Results-driven mindset with a focus on impact and execution - Creative problem solver who connects technical solutions to business outcomes ❖ Preferred Experience - Familiarity with cybersecurity or enterprise software markets - Background in growth engineering, RevOps, SDR, or sales automation ❖ Why AlgoSec?
