If you’re passionate about building AI-powered systems that drive real business impact, this is your call to adventure—where your expertise can transform how teams work and win together. ❖ About the Role: GTM Engineer at JobNimbus As a GTM Engineer, you’ll design and build intelligent, AI-driven GTM systems that eliminate manual work and connect data across our Marketing, Sales, Implementation, and Support teams. You’ll play a key role in unifying our revenue engine, leveraging tools like HubSpot, Clay, and Claude (Anthropic API) to create seamless, high-performing workflows. ❖ What You’ll Do - Architect and implement AI-powered automations across the GTM funnel, from lead capture to renewal, boosting pipeline velocity and efficiency - Own and evolve our Clay infrastructure for enrichment, lead scoring, and outbound automation, deeply integrated with HubSpot CRM - Build custom internal tools using Claude and HubSpot as the core data layer, utilizing APIs, webhooks, and Claude Code - Maintain and optimize integrations across our GTM tech stack, ensuring reliable, clean data flow between systems - Identify and automate broken or manual workflows across Sales, Marketing, Implementation, and Support - Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to prioritize and execute high-impact automation and AI initiatives - Document and scale systems for durability and repeatability, ensuring solutions are not dependent on any one person - Stay ahead of the curve on AI and GTM tooling, bringing innovative ideas to drive our revenue engine forward ❖ What Makes You the Ideal GTM Engineer - Proven experience building real systems using APIs, webhooks, or code to solve business challenges - Strong hands-on expertise with HubSpot CRM (workflows, custom objects, APIs, data architecture) - Experience with Clay or similar tools for enrichment, outbound automation, and AI workflows - Background in building applications on top of Claude or other LLM APIs, especially leveraging CRM data - Deep understanding of GTM teams in B2B SaaS and where processes break between Marketing, Sales, and CX - Outcome-driven mindset focused on eliminating manual hours, creating pipeline, and improving systems - Self-starter attitude—proactively identifying and solving problems without waiting for direction ❖ What Sets You Apart - Ownership: You take full responsibility for GTM outcomes, not just systems, and act quickly to resolve issues - Customer Obsession: You build solutions that empower internal revenue teams and ultimately benefit our customers - Proactive Learning: You stay ahead of trends in GTM tech and AI, constantly exploring new tools and frameworks - Team Commitment: You collaborate deeply with Sales, Marketing, Implementation, and Support to build systems that drive adoption and impact - Self-Awareness: You know your strengths and seek feedback to build scalable, effective solutions ❖ Why JobNimbus At JobNimbus, we believe every team member is on their own hero’s journey.
