This is not a traditional marketing ops or sales ops position. We’re seeking someone with a sales background and commercial intuition, excited to master tools like HubSpot, Clay, n8n, and Make.com, and passionate about workflow automation as a craft. You’ll implement RevOps best practices, connect our apps, and turn lead generation into a repeatable, data-driven engine. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Own and optimize our HubSpot instance, including properties, workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and routing logic - Design and manage the full lead flow: capture, enrichment, scoring, routing, and seamless handoff to Business Development - Build automation pipelines across HubSpot, Clay, n8n, Make.com, Zapier, and similar tools - Integrate marketing, sales, and data systems using APIs, webhooks, and middleware - Implement enrichment, deduplication, and data hygiene workflows to ensure BD works only with clean, actionable records - Partner closely with the BD team to deliver consistent, qualified lead volume and smooth handoffs - Establish RevOps best practices for data modeling, attribution, funnel reporting, and pipeline hygiene - Build dashboards and monitor key funnel metrics: MQL, SQL, conversion rates, velocity, and cost per opportunity - Document workflows, ownership, and SLAs across the GTM stack - Experiment with AI-driven enrichment, signal-based outbound, and LLM-powered automations ❖ What You Bring - 2-5 years of experience in RevOps, GTM Engineering, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, or a sales role with strong systems exposure - Sales background or strong commercial intuition; you understand how AEs and BDRs operate - Proficiency in HubSpot or a strong CRM background with a willingness to quickly master HubSpot - Experience building in no-code and low-code tools such as Clay, n8n, Make.com, and Zapier - Solid understanding of B2B funnel mechanics, lead lifecycle, and pipeline math - Commitment to RevOps principles and the value of clean data as a competitive advantage - Tinkerer mindset, quick to learn new tools, and a bias for action - Strong written communication skills and ability to document systems clearly ❖ Bonus Skills - Hands-on experience with Clay: table design, enrichment chains, signal-based workflows - SQL, Python, or TypeScript fluency for custom data work - Experience with Salesforce, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar GTM tools - Familiarity with attribution platforms or warehouse-native marketing stacks - Experience building LLM or AI-agent powered GTM workflows ❖ What Success Looks Like in Your First 90 Days - HubSpot fully mapped, audited, and operating on a clean, documented lifecycle model - At least three high-impact automation workflows live and delivering qualified leads to BD - Clear lead handoff SLA between marketing and BD, with supporting reporting - Baseline funnel dashboard established with a weekly review cadence ❖ About Jonas Software Jonas Software is a global leader in enterprise management software, serving over 60,000 customers across 30+ countries and 65+ vertical markets, including hospitality, healthcare, construction, and more.
