This high-impact, high-visibility position is central to Juniper Square’s GTM transformation, giving you ownership over systems that redefine how our reps work and drive revenue growth. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Design and build AI-powered GTM agents for deal intelligence, rep coaching, communication drafting, and opportunity scoring - Translate go-to-market processes and business requirements into robust technical systems - Architect and maintain data infrastructure, including folder structures, file pipelines, and data feeds by sales manager and deal context - Build and maintain integrations across core GTM tools such as Salesforce, Clay, and Gong - Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing Ops to deliver automation that reduces manual work and improves data quality - Develop reusable skills and agents for QBR generation, forecasting, and deal review - Establish governance and access patterns for GTM data, especially around Salesforce, ensuring security and scalability - Contribute to GTM engineering standards, documentation, and repeatable build patterns as the team scales ❖ What We’re Looking For - 4+ years in technical revenue operations, sales systems engineering, or GTM engineering roles - Proven experience building with LLMs and AI agent frameworks, delivering real AI-powered tools - Strong proficiency with Salesforce (data model, APIs, reporting, permissions) - Experience with Clay or similar data enrichment and workflow automation platforms - Ability to translate business processes into technical systems with minimal guidance - Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment with broad ownership - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences Preferred: - Experience with Gong or similar conversation intelligence platforms - Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar LLM tool-use frameworks - Background in high-growth SaaS or fintech - Experience building QBR automation, pipeline dashboards, or deal review tooling ❖ Compensation & Benefits - Competitive base salary ($115,000 - $150,000 USD), equity, and comprehensive benefits - Health, dental, and vision coverage for you and your family - Life insurance and mental wellness support - Fertility and family support programs - Flexible time off and paid company holidays - Paid family, medical, and bereavement leave - Retirement savings plans - Home office and technology setup allowance - Annual professional development stipend ❖ Why Juniper Square?
