You’ll work hands-on with Salesforce, Snowflake, and leading automation tools to optimize every stage of the revenue engine—from lead acquisition to customer retention. This is a builder’s role: you’ll turn ambiguity into intelligent workflows, automate manual processes, and enable data-driven decisions that fuel business growth. ❖ What You’ll Do - Design and implement scalable GTM systems architecture supporting lead lifecycle, onboarding, expansion, and renewals - Integrate AI-powered workflow automation for opportunity scoring, churn prediction, and performance tracking - Build robust data integration and ELT pipelines from tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, and Gong into Snowflake - Enable revenue intelligence by collaborating with BI/Analytics to surface actionable insights and KPIs - Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, and Product teams - Create infrastructure for rapid experimentation and scalable lifecycle automations ❖ What Sets You Apart - 4+ years in GTM systems, RevOps engineering, or similar roles in SaaS - Deep familiarity with Salesforce data schema and integration capabilities - Strong SQL skills; experience with Snowflake, dbt, or similar ELT frameworks - Proficiency in APIs and workflow automation using Python, JavaScript, or tools like Zapier, n8n, Clay, and Airtable - Experience integrating LLM-powered tools into operations - Ability to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions - Clear communicator, comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams - Bonus: Experience transitioning from sales or customer-facing roles into technical operations ❖ Our Values At Justworks, we live our values every day: camaraderie, openness, grit, integrity, and simplicity.
