You’ll architect and deploy production-grade agents using LangGraph and LangSmith, powering technical support, onboarding, and customer success. Your work will drive massive case deflection and deliver a premium onboarding experience, building autonomous agents that solve complex technical problems before a human ever needs to step in. ❖ What You’ll Do - Design and deploy customer-facing agents to handle technical support, troubleshoot integrations, and guide users through onboarding - Analyze customer friction points and build self-service AI systems to reduce support volume and improve customer experience - Act as product owner, identifying opportunities for improvement and owning the full lifecycle of the systems you build - Provide critical feedback to our product team, contributing to the LangChain and LangGraph open-source ecosystem - Develop AI-native onboarding workflows that automate documentation retrieval and code generation for enterprise customers ❖ What We’re Looking For - Deep experience as an AI-native developer, with strong knowledge of the LLM stack, prompting, retrieval (RAG), cognitive architectures, and agentic loops - 3+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 1 year shipping LLM systems in production - Self-directed, founder mentality—comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving high-impact projects autonomously - Full-stack engineering skills in Python or TypeScript (ideally both), with the ability to build end-to-end applications - Customer-centric mindset, able to translate technical pain points into scalable system architectures ❖ Nice to Have - Expertise with LangSmith for evaluation and monitoring - Experience building or maintaining open-source projects - Background in technical consulting, solutions engineering, or high-growth GTM teams ❖ Compensation & Benefits - Competitive base salary: $160K - $180K - Meaningful equity - Medical, dental, and vision coverage - Flexible vacation policy - 401(k) plan - Meals on in-office days (US) - Locally competitive benefits for EU, UK, and APAC team members ❖ Why LangChain?
