Your mission: design and implement AI-driven solutions that modernize forecasting, automate business processes, and deliver actionable insights across our go-to-market teams. You’ll collaborate closely with RevOps, Finance, and GTM leadership to transform fragmented processes into scalable, AI-enabled systems that accelerate decision-making and operational efficiency. ❖ What You’ll Own - Develop and deploy AI-powered workflows to automate recurring business processes and improve operational efficiency - Build internal intelligence systems that surface forecasting risk signals, performance trends, and executive-level KPI reporting - Partner cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, Customer Success Operations, Finance, and Data teams to design scalable solutions - Maintain and enhance the underlying infrastructure, including LLM workflows, data pipelines, API integrations, and workflow orchestration tools - Continuously identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve decision quality through AI and automation ❖ What Success Looks Like - Executive reporting and business reviews are automated and streamlined - Forecasting and pipeline risks are proactively identified with AI-driven insights - Manual operational work is minimized through robust automation - GTM leaders have rapid, reliable access to performance analytics - Revenue data is trusted, actionable, and operationalized across teams - Internal AI systems drive better decisions and faster execution - New GTM initiatives scale seamlessly without operational bottlenecks ❖ What You’ll Bring - 4–7 years’ experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Systems, Data Operations, or technical business operations - Deep expertise with Salesforce and GTM system architecture - Proven ability to build workflows, automations, and integrations across business systems - Familiarity with APIs, SQL, Python, and workflow orchestration tools - Hands-on experience with AI tools, LLM platforms, or AI automation frameworks in operational settings - Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills - Ability to translate complex business problems into scalable technical solutions - Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Data teams - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities - High ownership mentality and comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments ❖ Preferred Qualifications - Experience building internal AI tools or AI-assisted workflows - Familiarity with modern AI ecosystems (OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, vector databases, agent frameworks) - Experience with BI and analytics tools like Looker, Tableau, Hex, or Sigma - Knowledge of GTM tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Marketo, or similar platforms - Background in high-growth SaaS environments - Experience operationalizing AI within business functions ❖ AI Fluency at Lattice At Lattice, we’re building an AI-enabled organization. Compensation may vary based on location, skills, and experience.
