Reporting to RevOps and partnering closely with Marketing, you’ll drive marketing automation, campaign operations, lead nurture infrastructure, SEO/AEO tooling, attribution reporting, and AI-powered content workflows. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a GTM Engineer B2B SaaS expert ready to innovate at scale. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Lead HubSpot marketing automation: design nurture workflows, behavioral triggers, lifecycle stage transitions, and form/landing page infrastructure - Build and maintain segmented nurture tracks by persona and vertical (HR, CFO, Ops; restaurant, retail, healthcare) for personalized outreach - Ensure all campaign activity is tracked, attributed, and linked to pipeline impact in HubSpot - Develop and maintain AI agent layers for content operations: blog post generation, content repurposing, and AI-assisted copy for nurture and ABM - Automate SEO/AEO keyword intelligence: monitor rankings, analyze competitor content gaps, and generate content briefs - Standardize and enforce marketing attribution models; build automated weekly performance reports from HubSpot, Google Analytics, and ad platforms - Monitor campaign performance, flagging anomalies in real time - Manage technical SEO tooling (Clearscope), keyword monitoring, and content brief workflows - Oversee lead enrichment, routing, and lifecycle logic for all Marketing-sourced contacts in HubSpot - Maintain MQL-to-SQL data quality and partner on enrichment waterfall and data standards ❖ Qualifications - 3-5 years’ experience in marketing operations or revenue operations at a B2B SaaS company - Advanced, hands-on HubSpot skills: building automation workflows, behavioral triggers, lifecycle logic, and reporting - Proven track record with email nurture programs and measurable engagement outcomes - Deep understanding of marketing attribution and ability to implement consistent models in HubSpot - Experience with AI-assisted workflows or automation tools leveraging LLMs in a marketing or ops context - Strong independent execution on technical builds from stakeholder requirements - Excellent written communication, able to clearly summarize analytical findings for non-technical audiences ❖ Compensation & Benefits - Salary range: $120,000–$135,000 (base, varies by experience and skills) - Market-leading medical, dental, and vision insurance - Stock options - Free Premium-Tier Origin Financial Wellness subscription - Monthly home-office stipend - 401k (TransAmerica) - 12 weeks paid parental leave for all parents - Flexible time off, sick and safe time, and 11 paid company holidays - Branch@Branch Same Day Pay Option ❖ Location - Remote within the United States only - We are unable to hire candidates outside the domestic U.S. ❖ Why Branch?
