As we establish our go-to-market strategy, pricing models, and sales organization, you’ll be a foundational hire, working closely with our Sales & GTM Leader to build a high-performing top-of-funnel engine.
❖ About the GTM Engineer Role
As a GTM Engineer, you’ll own the technical and execution layers of the sales funnel, from automated lead generation to client-facing demo calls. You’ll design and manage outbound systems, engage directly with prospects, and help craft the playbook for our sales motion. This is a hands-on role for someone who can both build systems and communicate complex AI solutions to non-technical audiences.
❖ Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage automated lead generation systems using tools like Python, Zapier, n8n, and Clay to drive a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
- Execute cold outbound strategies, including cold calling, cold emailing, and account-based prospecting, leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn and HubSpot.
- Map client organizations to identify key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
- Partner with the GTM Leader to refine ICPs and optimize MQL to SQL conversion strategies.
- Conduct discovery and demo calls, clearly articulating MAS’s value proposition to prospective clients.
- Continuously improve product demos based on feedback and surface product gaps to the team.
- Build and optimize automation workflows to enhance lead quality and reduce manual effort.
- Track and report on funnel metrics, maintaining accurate CRM records and supporting scalable sales processes.
❖ What You’ll Bring
- 2-3 years of experience in GTM, business development, sales engineering, growth, or similar roles—ideally in B2B SaaS or AI services.
- Hands-on expertise with automation tools and scripting (Python, Zapier, n8n, Clay, or similar).
- Proven ability in cold outreach, including calls, emails, and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for explaining technical or AI-led products to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in client-facing roles, leading calls or presentations.
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, early-stage environments without a set playbook.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and act on performance metrics.
Preferred:
- Experience selling or demonstrating technical or AI-based products.
- Building lead generation systems or sales automation workflows from scratch.
- Exposure to consultative or solution selling.
- Background in high-growth or 0-1 startup environments.
