Engineering Full-time
GTM Engineer (m/f/d)
About the Role
About the Job
As a key growth accelerator, A11 partners with Europe's most ambitious startups and scaleups, corporates and SMBs to connect them with top-tier talent ready to make an impact.
We're looking for an experienced GTM Engineer (m/f/d) to join and build the technical operating system behind the go-to-market engine at one of our ecosystem companies.
As a GTM Engineer, you'll build the operating system behind our go-to-market motion. Pipeline is growing, the SDR and AE teams are expanding, and every outbound cycle, deal, dashboard, enrichment flow, and CRM workflow needs to run on clean technical infrastructure, and you'll own that system end to end.
This is not a reporting role: you're a builder who turns fragmented, founder-built workflows into reliable systems the sales team uses every day, from enrichment pipelines and CRM automations to dashboards, sales tools, ICP prioritization, outbound infrastructure, data quality, and call analysis. If it works, this role becomes the foundation for leading RevOps and GTM Systems as we scale.
Join the A11 Ecosystem – a next-generation procurement platform redefining how businesses discover, evaluate, and win public tenders across one of the world's largest yet most fragmented markets: €2 trillion in annual contract volume, scattered across 4,500+ portals in 29 countries. It harnesses qualified AI matching and agentic workflow automation to surface only the tenders that fit, analyze 100+ page documents in 30 seconds, and draft winning bids in minutes. Backed by leading investors, the company is scaling fast toward becoming the category-defining player in European public procurement.
In this role, you’ll:
Own our enrichment engine end to end. Build multi-source ICP enrichment with Clay, AI agents, custom pipelines, APIs, Supabase, and Attio, so sales works with clean and contextual data
Build and maintain the dashboards that steer the GTM team: pipeline coverage, funnel conversion, activity, cycle length, win rate, data-quality health, and founder-level ad-hoc analysis
Own CRM workflows across schema, automations, integrations, hygiene, and source-of-truth definitions
Build systems that prioritize which accounts get worked when, based on signal quality, fit, and win probability
Ship outbound and email infrastructure that lets SDRs run more cycles with less manual overhead
Improve data quality relentlessly through deduplication, enrichment confidence scoring, source definitions, and hygiene loops
Turn sales calls and pipeline data into structured signal that changes how we target, message, and prioritize accounts
Evaluate, introduce, and remove sales tools; you decide what deserves a place in the stack, working closely with SDRs, AEs, and founders to ship, measure, learn, and repeat
Typical tasks (first 90 days):
Get the enrichment engine running as one system, so firmographic data, procurement signals, decision-maker context, AI-based research, and CRM records flow into a clean source of truth
Consolidate the SDR and AE tool stack, with a clear playbook for what each tool does and when it's used
Make pipeline coverage, funnel conversion, activity, cycle length, win rate, and data-quality health live, trusted, and reviewed every week
Ship one signature system end to end: pick the highest-leverage problem after your first weeks on the ground, then build the system that solves it
Identify the next major GTM lever and align with the founders on what gets built next
Your Profile:
Must-haves:
1+ year in a GTM Engineer, RevOps Engineer, Sales Ops Engineer, or comparable technical go-to-market role
You've built and shipped at least 2 GTM systems or setups, in-house or as a freelancer
You work AI-native by default, for example with Claude Code, MCP servers, agent-based workflows, or comparable tooling
You're comfortable with APIs, webhooks, HTTP, integration debugging, and light back-end work
You've built with Supabase or a comparable database
You've built CRM workflows in Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce, or a comparable system
Hands-on experience with ICP enrichment across multiple data sources, ideally with Clay plus custom or AI-based workflows
You care more about trusted data than pretty dashboards
Fluent German and English
Nice-to-haves:
Experience with n8n, Make, or comparable automation tools
Attio experience
Background in fast-scaling B2B SaaS
Experience moving from scratchy founder-built workflows to scalable GTM infrastructure
You might be a fit if you:
Like ambiguous problems and turn them into working systems
Build simple first, then bigger, then complex
Care about measurable impact more than elegant internal architecture
Test what you ship instead of defending your first version
Actively seek feedback and iterate fast
Want ownership without waiting for permission
Have something outside of work that shows you don't do things halfway, whether that's competitive sports, a side project, or something completely different
See this as the path to owning RevOps and GTM Systems in a company that plans to scale hard
Please note that this position is based in Hamburg.
Benefits and Perks:
Senior-level compensation plus meaningful equity
Direct ownership over the technical infrastructure of a fast-scaling GTM engine
Founder-level proximity to the most important commercial questions in the company
An AI-native stack from day one. If a tool makes the system better, we'll get it
A front-row seat to building a category-defining company in one of Europe's largest and most underdigitized markets
A young, hungry, on-site team in Hamburg where people care deeply about their craft
If you’re eager to join the A11 Ecosystem and shape what’s next, we want to hear from you!
