Anthropic recently recognized Mutiny as a leader in AI GTM, and our agent-first platform is setting new standards in the industry. ❖ The Opportunity: GTM Engineer B2B SaaS As a GTM Engineer at Mutiny, you’ll architect and own the systems that power our go-to-market motion—from outbound and onboarding to enrichment, routing, and AI-native workflows. Unlike most GTM engineers who work within existing stacks, you’ll build new infrastructure from the ground up. This is a full-time, in-person role based in New York City, five days a week. ❖ What You’ll Own - The GTM stack: Design and maintain the systems behind outbound, onboarding, enrichment, routing, and segmentation. - Automations and internal tools: Build workflows and tools that make sales and marketing teams faster and more effective. - System integrations: Connect APIs, manage data flows, and ensure seamless integrations between tools like HubSpot, Clay, and more. - AI-driven operations: Embed AI agents and workflows into our internal processes, setting the standard for how modern GTM teams operate. - Playbook development: Transform successful patterns into repeatable, scalable solutions that future teammates will inherit. ❖ Who You Are - A systems thinker who turns one-off tasks into repeatable processes and spots bottlenecks before they become problems. - A builder with a track record of shipping automations, internal tools, and workflows that drive measurable impact. - Skilled in “plumbing”—connecting APIs, managing data flows, and integrating tools even when documentation is lacking. - AI-curious and fluent, already experimenting with agents and AI workflows in your own projects. - Biased toward action, preferring to ship quickly and iterate rather than wait for perfection. - A cross-functional communicator who can explain technical solutions to CMOs, CROs, and engineers alike. ❖ Why Mutiny At Mutiny, you’ll define what GTM engineering looks like at an AI-native company.
