This is a unique opportunity to build the visibility, automation, and intelligence layer that drives GTM execution in a B2B SaaS environment. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Engineering, and can work remotely from the United States. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Design and scale Token Factory’s funnel architecture across acquisition, activation, engagement, qualification, pipeline, and revenue - Integrate product telemetry, CRM systems, enrichment tools, and marketing data for a unified customer view - Define and evolve MQL, PQL, account scoring, routing logic, and sales handoff workflows - Build dashboards and analytics frameworks to identify bottlenecks and drive data-driven decisions - Develop signal-driven workflows and automations to prioritize high-value accounts - Leverage AI and automation to optimize GTM systems, uncover insights, and streamline processes - Establish operational rigor around lead routing, BDR SLAs, funnel health, and performance visibility ❖ What We’re Looking For - 4+ years’ experience in GTM Engineering, Growth Engineering, RevOps, Product Analytics, Growth Operations, or similar roles - Proven ability to build systems connecting data, workflows, and customer signals across multiple platforms - Strong SQL and analytics skills, with a track record of translating data into actionable insights - Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Demandbase, Hightouch, or similar tools - Experience building workflows, automations, or AI-powered systems - Strong systems thinking and comfort in fast-paced, dynamic environments ❖ Compensation & Benefits - Competitive compensation: $146,900—$220,300 USD, based on experience - Career growth and learning opportunities - Flexible work arrangements and work-life balance - Collaborative, innovative culture - Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects - International environment with talented, diverse teams ❖ Life at Nebius At Nebius, you’ll thrive in a fast-moving, bold-thinking culture where your work has real impact.
