Join us in building technology that brings neighborhoods closer together. ❖ The Opportunity: GTM Engineer B2B SaaS As a GTM Engineer at Nextdoor, you’ll be at the heart of our revenue operations, integrating systems and automating workflows across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This highly cross-functional role blends technical expertise with business acumen, enabling efficient, data-driven growth. You’ll architect and scale the infrastructure that powers our lead-to-revenue lifecycle, leveraging tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, and AI platforms to drive results. ❖ What You’ll Do - Design and automate end-to-end GTM workflows, including prospecting, lead routing, enrichment, and lifecycle management - Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and reliability across GTM systems and data warehouses - Develop structured datasets and data models for pipeline, funnel, and account management - Implement AI-driven workflows using tools like Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, and Glean to enhance prospect research, lead scoring, and personalized outreach - Connect and manage the GTM tech stack, integrating CRM, marketing automation, and enrichment platforms - Create BI dashboards and reporting models for real-time visibility into pipeline, conversion, and revenue performance - Continuously monitor, debug, and optimize systems and data pipelines for peak performance ❖ What You’ll Bring - 6–8+ years in Growth, GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, or a related technical role - Advanced skills in SQL, Python, and data modeling - Proven experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker), CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), and integration tools (Workato, Zapier) - Hands-on experience deploying AI agents or workflows for GTM use cases - Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, demand generation, and revenue funnels - Ability to design cohesive GTM systems aligned to business goals - Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, ownership-driven mindset - Passion for community building and fostering diversity of thought ❖ Why Nextdoor At Nextdoor, you’ll thrive in an AI-first, hybrid work environment that values innovation, inclusion, and impact.
