Our diverse team of Nexthinkers spans 75+ nationalities, united by a passion for innovation and inclusion. ❖ The Opportunity: GTM Engineer B2B SaaS As a GTM Engineer, you will design, build, and optimize automated go-to-market systems using Clay and modern GTM tools. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to streamline pipeline generation, enhance operational efficiency, and accelerate company growth. Your expertise in Clay, Salesforce (SFDC CRM), and data orchestration will be key to enabling teams to identify, engage, and convert target customers more effectively. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary Clay Platform Administrator, building and maintaining scalable workflows and automations - Configure and optimize data enrichment, scoring, segmentation, and prioritization processes - Aggregate and unify data from internal and external sources to enrich accounts, contacts, and leads - Develop prioritization models to surface high-value signals and opportunities for sellers - Design and maintain integrations between Clay and Salesforce, ensuring data quality and governance - Automate repetitive GTM processes, supporting prospecting, account prioritization, territory planning, and lead qualification - Identify operational bottlenecks and implement automated solutions - Document processes and establish best practices for workflow management - Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Marketing to align data models and CRM processes - Train stakeholders on workflow outputs and system capabilities ❖ What We’re Looking For - Bachelor’s degree in business systems, computer science, information technology, or related field - 5+ years of experience in a similar GTM Engineer or Revenue Operations role - Hands-on experience with Clay (workflow building and management required) - Experience with Salesforce (SFDC CRM) or similar tools - Interest in applying AI to optimize GTM processes - Software industry experience is a plus - Fluent English; strong process and systems mindset - Business savvy with a deep understanding of business processes and challenges - Ownership mentality, results-driven, curious, and proactive - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution - Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement orientation ❖ Why Nexthink? - Permanent contract with a competitive compensation package - Centrally located offices near Bernabeu Stadium - Private health insurance (Sanitas) and daily meal vouchers fully covered - Hybrid work model with structured onboarding for new hires - Flexible hours, unlimited paid time off, and 3 company-paid volunteer days - Up to 25 EUR/month gym subscription support - Flexible compensation for childcare and public transportation - 50% reimbursement for English & Spanish classes - Fresh fruit, snacks, and drinks in the office - Regular team events, meetups, and celebrations - Employee referral bonuses - Relocation package for international hires ❖ Join Us If you’re a GTM Engineer passionate about automation, data, and driving growth in a B2B SaaS environment, Nexthink offers the perfect blend of challenge, innovation, and community.
