❖ The Opportunity: GTM Engineer, B2B SaaS
As our GTM Engineer, you’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, solutions, and post-sales teams. Your mandate: design and implement internal tools, automations, and micro-products that multiply the output of our GTM organization. You’ll use AI, workflow design, and no-code/low-code platforms (Zapier, Make, N8n, Notion, Airtable, Supabase, Retool, Webflow, AI Agents) to turn high-volume, unstructured data into actionable insights and repeatable processes.
❖ What You’ll Do
- Own the full lifecycle of internal “products” from discovery to rollout and iteration
- Build systems that convert webinars, executive interviews, and Gong calls into multichannel GTM assets and structured insights
- Automate ABM sequences, sales playbooks, and executive outreach
- Surface real-time account intelligence and deal blockers for AEs
- Design a GTM intelligence layer that ingests customer conversations, campaign performance, pipeline signals, and competitive notes into a searchable knowledge graph
- Run experiments to improve top-of-funnel reach, personalization, speed to lead, conversion rates, and rep productivity
- Define success metrics and be accountable for measurable impact
