Our Brooklyn, NY headquarters is home to a small, high-performing team driven by curiosity, innovation, and a passion for healthier living. ❖ About the GTM Engineer (Ops) Role As a GTM Engineer (Ops), you’ll be the architect behind our automated, human-in-the-loop sales and marketing systems. Reporting to the VP of GTM/Growth, you’ll collaborate with commercial leaders, scientists, and customers to multiply our sales capacity and streamline every stage of the GTM motion. This is a full-time, in-person role in Brooklyn, NY, with occasional travel to customers and industry events. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Automate outbound lead generation in Clay, including target list building, enrichment, and hyper-personalized campaigns across email and LinkedIn - Build AI-powered inbound lead qualification, routing, and customer segmentation to sharpen value propositions - Track market intelligence and consumer trends to inform targeted outreach and marketing content - Streamline deal workflows: automate meeting prep, follow-ups, CRM updates, and next-step assignments - Develop automated email drafts and rule-based deal flagging for at-risk or expansion opportunities - Build AI-driven research workflows, custom presentations, and maintain validation databases - Serve as primary administrator for our CRM (Attio), designing data models and integrating cross-functional data sources - Own the measurement layer for outbound campaign performance, inbound attribution, and brand-building metrics (LinkedIn, website, SEO/AEO) - Continuously evaluate and optimize our GTM tech stack ❖ Skills & Qualifications - 3-5 years in GTM Engineering, RevOps, SalesOps, Solutions Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or consulting—ideally at an AI-native B2B SaaS or marketplace startup - Hands-on experience with tools like Clay, Attio, Instantly, LinkedIn Helper, or Notion is a plus - Strong builder mentality: identify pain points, propose solutions, and iterate quickly - Systems thinker with experience integrating tools via APIs, webhooks, and no-code orchestration - Analytical rigor and structured problem-solving (MECE, hypothesis-driven) - AI-native: daily use of Claude Code or similar, prompt fluency, and comfort with agentic tools - Excellent project management and clear communication skills ❖ Why Kingdom - Make a real impact at a category-defining biotech company - Work daily with advanced AI tooling and expand your commercial skillset - Own and build Kingdom’s GTM stack with modern tools and minimal legacy constraints - Collaborate with a kind, high-performing, and AI-native team - Early exposure to executive leadership and opportunities for growth as we expand ❖ Our Values - Solve from first principles: dig deep, question assumptions, and craft innovative solutions - Collaborate with kindness: low ego, high standards, and a commitment to each other’s growth - Be resourceful and resilient: proactive, adaptable, and always learning from challenges ❖ Compensation & Benefits - Competitive cash salary above market ($110K-$125K for Manager Level, 3-5 years’ experience) - Equity stock options for long-term alignment - 100% covered medical, vision, and dental insurance (95% for family) - Generous PTO, 13 company holidays, and full commuter coverage - Fully stocked kitchen, weekly team lunches, and 12 weeks paid parental leave - 401k program with minimal fees Ready to build the future of GTM engineering in biotech?
