You’ll build automations and AI-powered workflows that fuel top-of-funnel pipeline generation across demand generation and sales development. Working closely with Sales Development, Sales, and Marketing teams, you’ll turn business insights into production-ready solutions, bridging the gap between domain expertise and our GTM AI program. ❖ Key Responsibilities - Build AI-powered prospecting and outbound personalization systems to help SDRs target the right accounts at the right time, reducing manual research - Develop intelligent inbound lead scoring, routing, and response automation to streamline the prospect journey - Transform field-originated ideas into scalable, production-ready solutions for sellers, marketers, and customer success managers - Advise GTM teams on maturing citizen-built automations into robust, governed capabilities - Collaborate with engineering and IT to deliver technically complex builds at scale, ensuring alignment with GTM business requirements - Run data-driven experiments on GTM workflows, measure impact on pipeline and conversion metrics, and scale successful solutions - Ensure all deployed solutions are sustainable, cost-effective, and operationally sound ❖ Required Skills & Experience - Proven hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered workflows and agentic systems in production environments - Strong technical foundation in solution architecture, business logic, and workflow integration - Expertise integrating GTM systems, CRM, sales engagement platforms, marketing automation, data enrichment, and intent tools - Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent design for revenue workflows - Familiarity with data warehouses, BI tools, and event-driven systems - Proficiency with MarTech and Sales Development platforms such as Marketo, 6sense, Outreach, Salesloft, and Clay - Deep understanding of outbound and inbound sales development, pipeline conversion metrics, and GTM operations - Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders - Commercial mindset focused on driving revenue outcomes ❖ Preferred Qualifications - 10+ years in GTM engineering, marketing operations, growth engineering, RevOps, or technical roles within sales or marketing organizations - 3+ years in GTM engineering or equivalent applied technical discipline - Experience building agentic or LLM-powered workflows in B2B enterprise environments - Direct experience with CRO organizations and accountability for pipeline or conversion outcomes - Hands-on experience with modern GTM automation and enrichment platforms such as Clay, n8n, Glean, Agentforce, or similar tools ❖ Compensation & Locations - Competitive salary ranges based on location: - Dallas, Denver, Tampa: $136,000 - $204,000 USD - Redwood City: $163,000 - $245,000 USD - New York City: $150,000 - $224,000 USD - Toronto: $131,000 - $181,000 CAD - Compensation includes base pay, bonus eligibility, and potential equity ❖ Benefits & Perks - Comprehensive health, life, and disability insurance for you and your family - Retirement plans with company contributions - Generous paid time off and holidays - Employee Assistance Program - Inclusive, sustainable, and connected workplace culture - Benefits tailored to your location and career stage ❖ Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Equinix is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
