If you thrive at the intersection of engineering, growth, and sales—and want to build tools that directly impact pipeline and conversion—this is your opportunity to make a real difference. ❖ About the GTM Engineer Role As the founding GTM Engineer at Pogo, you’ll collaborate closely with Growth, Sales, Design, and Engineering to develop and operate AI-driven workflows that accelerate our enterprise SaaS growth. You’ll ship code that powers our go-to-market strategy, optimize our GTM stack, and transform manual processes into scalable, automated systems. Your work will directly influence revenue, from lead routing and outbound personalization to content distribution and attribution. Key responsibilities include: - Designing and deploying AI-powered workflows that give Pogo a competitive edge in B2B SaaS - Auditing and enhancing our GTM stack (HubSpot, Clay, Apollo, Gong, Outreach, and more) to eliminate gaps and redundancies - Embedding with sales and growth teams to systematize their most effective strategies - Building internal tools and AI agents to automate lead enrichment, account research, and cold outbound processes - Deciding when to leverage off-the-shelf solutions versus building custom tools - Collaborating with engineering and design to test, iterate, and refine new features for GTM use cases - Publishing internal playbooks and guides to share best practices across the team ❖ About You - 2-5 years of professional software engineering experience, with hands-on work in GTM, growth, or revenue systems - Proficient with AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex, and experienced in shipping production-ready solutions - Skilled in building with LLMs and AI agents (RAG, prompt engineering, tool integrations) - Deep familiarity with the modern GTM stack—HubSpot, Clay, Salesforce, Apollo, Cargo, Gong, Outreach/Instantly—and fluent in APIs, webhooks, and integrations - Strong product and design sensibility; you build internal tools that are as polished as customer-facing products - Systems thinker who enjoys turning complex operational challenges into streamlined, automated solutions - Commercially minded, able to spot leverage points in sales calls or growth dashboards - Clear communicator across technical and non-technical teams, especially in ambiguous situations - Experience building and maintaining production systems for real users (internal or external) - Bonus: Early-stage startup experience, shipped AI agents that moved revenue metrics, or a background in RevOps, Marketing Ops, or Sales Engineering ❖ Why Pogo Stands Out - Ship impactful systems that drive real business outcomes—pipeline, conversion, and retention - Work at the heart of the company, partnering with Growth, Sales, Design, and Engineering - Build with the latest AI coding tools, LLMs, and GTM platforms in a fast-paced, feedback-driven environment - Shape the GTM Engineer function at Pogo as we scale, with the autonomy to make your mark ❖ What to Expect - Rapidly shifting priorities and a culture of experimentation—ambiguity is part of the journey - Fast iteration cycles: you’ll often build and ship in days, not months - Minimal management layers—ideal for self-starters who thrive with autonomy - Expect to go beyond a standard 9-to-5, but enjoy flexible scheduling and a strong commitment to work-life balance, including unlimited PTO and a minimum 20-day vacation policy Ready to build the future of GTM engineering in B2B SaaS?
